Hot Perked Party Punch

Hot Perked Party Punch

9 Cups Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
9 Cups Cranberry Juice Cocktail
4 1/2 Cups Water
1 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Cinnamon Sticks, Broken
4 1/2 teaspoons Whole Cloves
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Combine first four ingredients in a 30 cup coffee maker.
Place remaining ingredients in the basket.
Perk
Serve hot

APPLE CIDER PUNCH
·  8 cups of apple cider
·  1 (9 oz.) can imitation orange juice
·  1 cup light corn syrup
·  1 bottle ginger ale
Combine ingredients and serve.

CRANBERRY PUNCH
·  1 quart cranberry juice cocktail
·  1 quart pineapple juice 2 bottles (33.8 oz. each)
·  2 tsp. almond extract
·  ginger ale, chilled
·  ¼ cup sugar
Combine first four ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Chill. To serve, pour juice mixture into punch bowl and gently stir in ginger ale. Serves 16.

WASSAIL (NON-ALCOHOLIC)
·  12 oz. frozen apple juice
·  12 oz. frozen orange juice
·  12 oz. frozen pineapple or 1 can pineapple juice
·  6 oz. frozen lemonade (pink is pretty)
·  2 tbsp whole cloves
·  5 sticks of cinnamon
·  slices of fresh oranges and lemons
·  maraschino cherries
In a very large pot, place all of the juices with their corresponding waters, add cloves and cinnamon. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover and simmer on the lowest possible temperature for 45 minutes. Serve in heat-proof glasses with slices of fresh lemons, oranges and a maraschino cherry. Note: This is a great drink for cold evenings and winter holidays, plus the house will smell great.

SUMMER COOLER
·  1 can frozen pink lemonade
·  3 cans water (like Clearly Canadian)
·  1 large can chunk pineapple in juice
·  1 one liter bottle flavored sweetened water
Mix all together. Put ice in a cup, add the mixture. Put 4 to 5 chunks of pineapple on top of the ice cubes and garnish with a lemon or orange wedge.

HOT CHOCOLATE
·  hot chocolate mix
·  milk or water
·  butterscotch chips
·  whip cream
·  mint flavoring
Make hot chocolate according to mix with milk or water. Add 10 or more butterscotch chips and a splash of mint flavoring. Top with whipped cream or for added richness, mix the whipped cream into the beverage and top with more whipped cream.
